PharmaNet is a service by the Ministry of Health in BC to protect people from drug interactions and medication fraud, and to provide medication monitoring.
Tips & Links
If you have a new diagnosis or are experiencing changes in your health, it is important to keep a list of what medications (past and present) and over the counter drugs you are taking, how they may impact your health and potential side effects.
Learn About
- Know that your PharmaNet file can only be accessed by health care professionals such as a pharmacist, physician, hospitalist, or nurse practitioner. Learn more from the Government of BC.
- Your PharmaNet information includes your personal demographics, prescribed medications over the past 14 months, and your Fair PharmaCare information.
