- The Home Renovation Tax Benefit is available for seniors and persons with disabilities. Learn what renovations and modifications qualify for the tax benefit and how to apply.
- The home renovation tax benefit can reduce the amount of income tax you pay. The maximum amount of the credit is $1,000 per tax year and is calculated as 10% of the qualifying renovation expense (maximum $10,000 in expenses).
