Veteran’s Affairs Canada (VAC) offers benefits to people who have served in the Canadian Forces and some RCMP Veterans with service-related injuries or conditions. VAC benefits can be for financial support, healthcare services, rehabilitation, and other forms of assistance to veterans and their families or caregivers.

Learn About

  • Learn about Veterans Benefits in Canada, as well as the eligibility criteria and application process from the Government of Canada.
  • Learn more about health care funds to support veteran’s access to medical, dental, and mental health care services. Coverage may include treatment for service-related conditions, prescription medications, access to specialized services such as physiotherapy and occupational therapy, and funding for mobility aids/devices, caregivers, and home modifications.
  • Explore the Veterans Independence Program (VIP) that assists veterans to remain independent in their own homes while aging in place. Benefits may include housekeeping services, grounds maintenance, home adaptations, and assistance with transportation.
