How Do I Use Mywell Health?

How do I get started with Mywell Health?

By exploring Mywell Health, you’ve taken the first step in your health and lifestyle planning journey. Simply select your age category and a topic of interest. There is no set order – choose what fits your needs. Many find starting with ‘My Health Information’ a helpful first step. The activities and tools will guide you in creating your health and lifestyle planner, if desired.

What is a Mywell Health Planner?

Mywell Health helps you create a personalized health and lifestyle plan. We offer activities with questions, discussion points, and suggestions to help you gather information, plus a resource kit with definitions, evidence-based information, links to services, educational materials, and videos. You choose how you want to record and store your information, whether in print and/or digitally, to make all your learning and decision-making into a tangible planner.

Mywell Health tools include fillable PDFs to record your personal information and choices. These tools can be downloaded and saved to your device (computer, tablet, or phone). Start by adding your name and date on the first page, and it will auto-populate throughout the tool. Each person should have their own planner, this is especially important for your Health Profile and Medications List. We recommend backing up your files to cloud storage (e.g., Dropbox or Google Drive) for easy access on your phone, to share with others, and as a backup across multiple devices.

Important note: Mywell Health Inc. does not store or access your information online.

Can I make a print and/or digital planner?

Yes! Each of the topics includes several activities and tools to choose from. Many discussion points or questions may suggest you research and gather information that is useful to your health and lifestyle plan. You choose how you want to store your information in print and/or digital formats.

Create a Digital Health & Lifestyle Planner

Label a folder “(Your Name) Mywell Health Planner” (e.g., Jane Doe Mywell Health Planner). Inside, create subfolders for each topic (e.g., My Health Information, My People, My Day to Day). Each topic should have its own folder to store additional documents. Save completed tools in the appropriate folders and scan any documents you collect to the relevant topic folder.

Create a Print Health & Lifestyle Planner
Label a ring binder “(Your Name) Mywell Health Planner” (e.g., Jane Doe Mywell Health Planner). Label dividers for each topic (e.g., My Health Information, My People, My Day to Day).
