Sleep patterns and habits can change as you age; it is common for seniors to experience sleep disturbances such as insomnia, frequently interrupted nighttime sleeping, and daytime sleepiness.

  • People of all ages can have sleep changes due to stress, their environment, health factors, hormone changes or a variety of other reasons.
